• Professional Information: All data contained within your uploaded resume (CV), including work experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

b) Automatically Collected Information:

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and platform usage statistics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

• Service Provision and Functionality: To recognize, analyze, and structure data from your resume, and to match your profile with job vacancies.
• Sending Applications on Your Behalf (Gmail Integration): At your own initiative and with your consent, the platform uses Google integration to send your resume to employers. For this, we request a single, strictly limited permission: the ability to send emails (.../auth/gmail.send). This means that:
  • Our system can only send an email on your behalf.
  • We technically cannot and do not have access to read, delete, or manage your other emails.
• Communication: To send you important service-related notifications and updates.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze anonymous usage data to improve our AI models and user experience.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. Information is shared only in limited cases:

• With Potential Employers: Your resume and contact information are sent to employers when a relevant vacancy is found and an application is sent.
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for the proper functioning of our platform: hosting, database management, artificial intelligence model providers, and transactional email services.
• In Case of a Legal Obligation: We may disclose your information only based on a request provided for by the legislation of Georgia.

• Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke ARA's access to your Google Account at any time directly from your Google Account security settings, which will automatically disable the application sending feature.
